DPaschoal: The Challenges of being the First E-commerce Omni-channel Retailer for Autoparts

In 2015, DPaschoal adopted an omni-channel model, the first of its kind in the auto parts market, which has translated into very positive results for the company. For this purpose, it entered into a partnership with Ecritel, specialist in hosting the platform in Brazil.

As a result of this change, there was a decrease in 30% of the site bounce rate, and an increase in navigation time of 40%. Apart from this, the number of visits to the site grew by 60%.

A Dpaschoal wanted to improve the shopping experience of its customers, improve the purchasing experience of its consumers, provide support for the digital strategy of the company, integrate the operations of the 180 physical stores located around the country, and integrate operations of these stores with its e-commerce activities. For this, the company made the decision to adopt the Hybris platform.

With this change, the customer can now hire and schedule the services they need in the store of their choice, and have the opportunity to purchase products, generating more comfort and satisfaction to the consumer. To implement the project, Ecritel came into the picture as one of the strategic partners.

The Hybris playform was launched with the purpose of transparently interconnecting the consumer with supply channels, ensuring that they have access to the same information about products and purchase experience regardless of the environment (physical, online, or mobile)..
